DAY 01: HANOI ARRIVAL
You are met and transferred to hotel in Ha Noi. If time permits, we take a cyclo ride for a short excursion through the bustling old quarter streets named after the specific goods once offered for sale at these places.O/N in Ha Noi.
DAY 02: HA NOI CITY TOUR – LAO CAI (B)
Today we spend a full day exploring the charming Hanoi City such as: Ho Chi Minh president complex, Buddhist temple, Confucius temple and major museums. By late afternoon, we transfer to Hanoi station to board a night train to Lao Cai. O/N on board
DAY 03: LAO CAI – SAPA – CAT CAT HILL TRIBAL VILLAGE (B)
On arrival in Sapa we have a chance after checking into hotel, to soak up the fresh climate as much as you want by spending the time to wander around and catch the first look. Today we visit the bustling Sa Pa Market where the Red Dao, Black Hmong, Tay and Xa Pho ethnic minorities converge from village to trade their goods and buy provisions. Enjoy short walking tour to Cat Cat village of Black Hmong ethic minority. O/N in Sa Pa.
DAY 04: SAPA HIKING – HANOI (B,L)
Heading out of town we follow the local tracks to Lao Chai village of Black H'Mong people. The footpath traverses some terraced rice fields, giving us a chance to see many mountaineers doing their daily works such as herding buffalo, growing salad, and tilling fields. Continue to Ta Van hamlet and visit the Zay ethnic minorities. They still retain their age old cultural traditions and wear distinctive costumes. By the late afternoon, we leave Sapa to head Lao Cai to catch night train back Hanoi. O/N on board
DAY 05: HA NOI – HA LONG BAY (B,L,D)
Arrive Hanoi station in early morning. We drive straight to Halong Bay.We board a traditional boat for cruising to explore the legendary Ha Long Bay with over 3,000 limestone islands and out crops jutting out of the clear and emerald water of the bay are nothing short of spectacular. These limestone rock formations are littered with beaches, grottoes and beautiful caves. O/N in Ha Long
DAY 06: HA LONG – HANOI – DA NANG – HOI AN (B,D)
We will be transferred to Noi Bai airport to catch a short flight to Da Nang. On arrival we are greeted by our guide and driven to Danang Center for a visit to the famous Cham Museum. We make our way to Hoi An. O/N in Hoi An.
DAY 07: HOI AN CITY TOUR & COOKING CLASS (B,L,D)
NO FLUORESCENT LIGHTS. NO MOTORCYCLES. NO TELEVISION. ON THE 15TH DAY OF EACH LUNAR MONTH, THE RIVERSIDE TOWN OF HOI AN GIVES MODERN LIFE THE NIGHT OFF.
Hoi An has a distinct Chinese atmosphere with low, tile-roofed houses and narrow streets; the original structure of some of these streets still remains almost intact. All the houses were made of rare wood, decorated with lacquered boards and panels engraved with Chinese characters. Pillars were also carved with ornamental designs.We enjoy a morning walking tour around the ancient city to visit Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200 - year old Tam Ky ancestral house, and the Japanese Bridge.In the afternoon, Pickup at our hotel, we will join a special cooking class. DAY 08: HOI AN – DA NANG – NHA TRANG (B,L)
Transfer to airport for a short flight to Nha Trang. The fabulous sunny weather, turquoise water surrounding a string of offshore islands, and white sandy beach stretching the whole length of the city make Nha Trang an ideal place for anyone seeking an enjoyable escape. After checking into hotel we visit major sights, including the Oceanographic Institute, the Long Son Pagoda impressive Ponagar Cham Towers. The remainder of the day will be free for a well earned rest on a beach. O/N in Nha Trang.
DAY 09: NHA TRANG – DA LAT (B)
Heading towards Da Lat, where known as the "City of Eternal Spring". Drop on the way to visit the PoKlong Jarai Towers which represent an interesting culture and a colorful history of the Cham people. On arrival in Da Lat we start our tour taking us through plenty of the French colonial architectures to the summer residence of Vietnam’s last Emperor Bao Dai, the following sights are the Lam Ty Ni Pagoda and Hang Nga Guesthouse, known as the Crazy House because of its bizarre architecture. O/N in Da Lat
DAY 10: DA LAT – HO CI MINH CITY (B,D)
After an enjoyable visit in the busy Hoa Binh Market, we make our way down hill to Ho Chi Minh, travelling through the many tea and coffee plantations. The drive is long, but views are fantastic. Along the way we can make stops as we please, to stretch our legs and take some wonderful photographs. O/N in Ho Chi Minh
DAY 11: HO CHI MINH – CU CHI TUNNEL – HO CHI MINH (B,L)
The sightseeing tour of Ho Chi Minh begins with a visit to the Reunification Palace. Close to the palace are some striking French colonial structures. We also visit the Jade Emperor Pagoda and the War Remnant Museum before continuing to Cu Chi tunnel- the incredible and legendary underground network during the American war. O/N in Ho Chi Minh
DAY 12: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA – CAN THO (B,L)
We drive to Ben Tre, the heart of the Mekong delta, famous for its vast rice fields and most beautiful landscapes. Take a boat trip on Mekong River,proceed by small sampan boats through the small canals and side arms of the river to observe the daily life along the river banks. O/N in Can Tho
DAY 13: CAN THO – HO CHI MINH (B,L)
Boat trip to visit Cai Rang Floating market, we also have the opportunity to watch local villagers producing visit we can see local people producing instant rice noodles, making boats and rice-husking. Drive back to Ho Chi Minh with lunch en route. O/N in Ho Chi Minh
DAY 14: HO CHI MINH – DEPARTURE (B)
There is a free time for you to relax or further explore Ho Chi Minh.The trip ends after your transfer to Tan San Nhat Airport for departure.
